How to Make Pineapple Cookies
- Sift flour, salt, and baking soda together and set aside. Beat the margarine and sugar together, then add your eggs and keep beating. Add the pineapple, vanilla, and sifted ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonful on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Glaze: 4 T. margarine, pineapple juice, and 1 pound box powdered sugar. Beat margarine until smooth; add powdered sugar and 1 T. pineapple juice. Mix well. Spoon on cookies while they are warm. Very good.
