Ingredients

    soft shortening
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 1/2 cup
    sugar
  • ·
    stir in
  • 9 0z can
    crueshed pineapple with some pineapple juice not alot of juice
  • ·
    mix in
  • 3 1/2 cups
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt or pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 12 cups
    chopped nuts or less.you dont need to put them in if you dont want i dont put them in

How to Make pineapple cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. chll 1 hr and drop rounded on a teaspoon put it on cookiey sheet, about 2'' apart on lighty grlased baking sheet;bake until no inprint rimains at 400 o/o f for 8 - 10 minuters. make 5 dozes
