Ingredients

1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup white sugar
2 - eggs
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 packages chocolate chips

How To Make pineapple chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

Cream shortening and sugars together. Mix in eggs, pineapple and vanilla.

Step 2

Sift baking soda, baking powder, salt and four in a seperate bowl.
Step 3

Mix both ingredients together. Add Chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
