pfeffernuesse
Pronounced FEHF-fuhr-noos. This cookie is served at Christmastime in many European countries. I cut this recipe out of a magazine and the person's name on the recipe is Connie Krause from Leander, TX. These are so good! I shared these cookies with several friends and they liked them, too. I love the black pepper in these cookies.
