I love these buttery cookies and love peppermint so I combined them both. My dad loves these cookies - he almost couldn't stop eating them.

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
How To Make peppermint spritz cookies

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.

Step 2In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 3Add the egg, milk, and extracts.

Step 4Add the flour mixture; mix well.

Step 5Fill a cookie press with the dough and fit it with disks.

Step 6Press cookies onto a ungreased cookie sheet.
