peppermint pudding cookies
This is and easy recipe to make and take or send to your loved ones as it holds up well for travel. You can many different flavored cookies using this basic recipe using different puddings and cake mixes and toppings.. This original recipe idea comes from Chef in training , but mostly mine. Hope you all enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 ounces package of candy cane instant pudding mix, or your favorite flavor
- 18 ounces package yellow, white, orange, chocolate or your favorite cake mix to match favorite pudding mix
- 12 ounces package white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped,if desired or other nuts
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes any color, for garnish
How To Make peppermint pudding cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350^. Grease or spray parchment covered cookie pans.Set aside. --- In a large mixing bowl combine the cake mix and pudding mix,both dry, with the remaining ingredients, except the crushed candy, until well incorporated.

Step 2Use a small cookie scoop or make 1 inch balls and drop onto prepared cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with the bottom of buttered drinking glass and top with crushed candy pieces. Bake for 10-12 minutes..just until cookies brown.
