AKA Swedish Ginger Snaps. These cookies are roll out cookies, and while mom didn't add cutting them out with cookie cutters to her recipe, this is what I do with them before baking them. Enjoy!

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 - egg
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground cloves

Step 1Cream salt, butter and sugar. Add 2 1/2 cups flour and remaining ingredients. Use remaining ingredients to roll dough out. Bake at 375 degrees 5 minutes.
