My family loves these. I make them for gifts in my cookies box. But realy great any time of the year. I use freash pecans,only because we have a few trees.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 - egg beaten
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, light
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 boxes mini fillo shells
How To Make pecan tarts

Step 1preheat oven 350

Step 2Partly fill shells with pecans on cookie sheet

Step 3make filling with remaining ingredients

Step 4By tsp pour over pecan shells otional-top with 1/2 pecan

Step 5bake 18-20 min. until golden remove to cool. I don't let them cool on the cookie sheet.
