I have 7 Great Grandchildren and when we go to the cottage they always want cookies to munch on so I usually make 2 or 3 different kinds and this is one of their favorites.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 - egg
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple juice, unsweetened
- 1 1/21 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups peeled and chopped small ...apples
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Step 1In bowl cream butter and brown sugar until crumbly add eggs one at a time and beat until fluffy add apple juice..In bowl combine the flour, oats baking soda and spices and add to creamed mixture,,add raisins, apples and nuts and stir until well combined.

Step 2Grease cookie sheet or cover with parchment and bake by rounded tablespoon onto sheet about 2 inches apart bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown,,,cool on wire rack. and go for it you little ankle biters...
