Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- FROSTING
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons milk
How To Make pecan puffs

Step 1Mix all cookie ingredients thoroughly. Roll into "ping pong" sized balls and place on cookie sheet about 2 in apart. Flatten slightly with thumb. Bake at 350 deg for approximately 7-10 mins. Watch closely to not burn the bottoms. Let cool completely.

Step 2Cream together all frosting ingredients. Frost each cookie and Enjoy! Makes 4 dozen.
