Pecan Pie Bars

2 cunsifted plain flour
1/2 cconfectioners' sugar
1 ccold butter (do not substitute margarine)
1-14 oz can(s)eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1-6oz pkgheath almond brickle chips
1 cpecans, chopped
How to Make Pecan Pie Bars
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 for glass dish). In medium bowl, combine four and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
- While bottom layer is baking, in medium bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in chips and pecans. Spread evenly over crust.
- Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
