If you Love pecan pie, you'll like these. I found this in a cookbook that was put together by someone I went to High School with. I tweeked the cooking time a little. But all in all they turned out really good.

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 stick
    margarine (melted)

  • 1/2 c
    syrup (your favorite)
  • 1/4 c
  • 3/4 c
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    margarine (melted)
  • 3
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Pecan Pie Bars


  1. CRUST: Butter (I used bakers joy)a 9x13 baking dish. Combine the ingredients for crust and press into baking dish.
  2. FILLING: Combine all ingredients for the filling and pour on top of the unbaked crust. cover with aluminum foil & bake 30-35 min at 375 degrees. (I took the foil off for the last 5 minutes or so.) Let cool completely for the filling to set.
