Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 4 cups flour sifted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 8 - egg
- 4 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups coconut, flaked
- 2 cups chopped pecan
How To Make pecan fingers

Step 1mix butter flour and salt until it is coarse ...put it a square baking pan and bake @ 350 for about 15 minutes or until it is light brown

Step 2in a brown combine the remaining items and spread evenly over pans and bake for 20 minutes @ 350 remove your pans and put them on your rack and let it cool down for 10 or 15 minutes and cut them into about 2" squares

Step 3the make about four dozen i always cut them a little bigger <3 enjoy <3
