butter, unsalted, softened
2 1/2 c
brown sugar, light
eggs, large
2 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 c
pecans, chopped (4oz)

How to Make Pecan Crispies


  • 1Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment; set aside.
  • 2In a mixing bowl beat butter and brown sugar until light anbd fluffy, about 2 min. Add eggs and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda. Stir into butter mixture. Fold in Chopped pecans
  • 3Spoon 1 1/2 inch balls of dough onto baking sheets and bake until golden, about 15 minutes.
