  • 1 c
    butter, unsalted, softened
  • 2 1/2 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 2
    eggs, large
  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped (4oz)

How to Make Pecan Crispies


  1. Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment; set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl beat butter and brown sugar until light anbd fluffy, about 2 min. Add eggs and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda. Stir into butter mixture. Fold in Chopped pecans
  3. Spoon 1 1/2 inch balls of dough onto baking sheets and bake until golden, about 15 minutes.
