sometimes when your in the mood to bake you dont have everything...funny how substitutes turn into delicious dishes...=)

1/2 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup peanut butter, crunchy
2/3 cup sugar
1 - egg
2 tablespoons milk, 2%
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
- sugar
- pb cups

How To Make peanut butter thumbprints w/pb cup atop

Step 1

pre-heat oven *375

Step 2

Beat butter & peanut butter together...add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, & vanilla beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda, & salt..gradually beat into mixture.
Step 3

Shape dough into balls & roll in sugar. Bake 8-10min.or until edges are lightly brown. Immediately press PB cup into middle of cookie and let cool completely on rack.
