Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter, crunchy
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk, 2%
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    sugar
  • ·
    pb cups

How to Make Peanut Butter Thumbprints w/PB Cup Atop

Step-by-Step

  1. pre-heat oven *375
  2. Beat butter & peanut butter together...add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, & vanilla beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda, & salt..gradually beat into mixture.
  3. Shape dough into balls & roll in sugar. Bake 8-10min.or until edges are lightly brown. Immediately press PB cup into middle of cookie and let cool completely on rack.
