  • 2 c
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 c
    peanut butter
  • 2
  • 2 tsp
  • 6 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    confectioners sugar

How to Make Peanut Butter Sandwhich Cookies


  1. Combine flour,baking soda and salt.Beat butter,peanut butter and brown sugar and 1 cup of sugar till fluffy.
  2. Bear in eggs and vanilla and fold in flour mixture and mix.
  3. Make dough into a balls and place on greased cookie sheet.Dip fork in sugar and press dough ball.
  4. Bake 14 minutes until lighly brown at 350 degrees. Cool.
  5. For filling ingredients beat cream cheese,1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar. Spread 1 tablespoon between 2 cooled cookies.
