  • 2 1/2 cups flour (ap)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter--softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup liight brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup reese's pieces
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

How To Make peanut butter pudding cookies

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. LINE 2 COOKIE SHEETS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. SET ASIDE

    IN MED. BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING SODA, SALT & PUDDING. SET ASIDE.
  • Step 3
    IN BOWL WITH STAND MIXER, BEAT BUTTER, PEANUT BUTTER, SUGAR, BROWN SUGAR, ON MED. SPEED UNTIL LIGHT & FLUFFY ABOUT 3-4 MINS. ADD EGGS (1 AT A TIME) SCRAPE BOWL AS NEEDED. ADD EXTRACT & HONEY & BEAT UNTIL WELL COMBINED. REDUCE SPEED TO LOW & ADD FLOUR MIXTURE, BEAT TO COMBINE. ADD CHOC. CHIPS, REESE'S PIECES & PEANUT BUTTER CHIPS AND MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
  • Step 4
    ROLL A HEAPING TABLESPOON OF DOUGH INTO 1 1/2" BALL AND PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET. DO REMAINING DOUGH PLACING THEM AROUND 2" APART. USING PALM OF YOUR HAND, GENTLY FLATTEN DOUGH BALLS UNTIL THEY ARE ABOUT 3/4" THICK.

    BAKE 10 MINS. LET COOKIES COOL ON SHEETS FOR A FEW MINS. BEFORE TRANSFERRING TO WIRE RACKS TO COOL COMPLETELY. DON'T KNOW HOW MANY COOKIES IN A BATCH.
