When I found this recipe it had all the things in it I like. Once I tried it - everyone in my family loved it. All cookies are good but when you get lots of ingredients in one cookie I call it extra yummy!! Hope you do too. It is just simply too good to not share.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 1 3/4 c
    granola cereal
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    pecans, coarsely chopped

How to Make Peanut Butter Pecan Chocolate Chip Granola Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. In large bowl, mix butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs & vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Drop by round tablespoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350° 9-11 minutes til edges are light golden brown (don't overbake). Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Enjoy!
