Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    oatmeal
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    chopped walnuts or pecans

How to Make Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together flour, oatmeal, and salt in separate bowl. Set aside.
  2. Mix together butter and peanut butter.
  3. Add sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix baking powder in 1 tsp of warm water. Add to sugar/egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Add flour gradually to egg mixture and mix until well blended. Add chopped walnuts.
  5. Use a cookie scoop or spoon onto cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven of 350F for 10-13 minutes.
