Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shorteniing
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
How To Make peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies

Step 1Cream butter, shortening, sugars together. Add peanut butter and mix. Add eggs, and mix until well combined.

Step 2In separate bowl add flour, salt, baking powder and soda together.

Step 3Slowly add to wet ingredients and mix until well combined

Step 4Add chocolate chips, and quick oats and stir to combine.

Step 5Drop by teaspoons (or use cookie scoop) onto greased cookie sheet or parchment paper (much easier and cookie bottoms are prettier)

Step 6Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and then remove wax or parchment paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
