How to Make Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Pre-heat oven to 350, line cookie sheets with bakers parchment paper.
- In mixing bowl combine butter, shortening, and sugars and beat together. Add eggs one at a time and beat mixture till light and fluffy. Add peanut butter and mix for another 2 minutes. Do not under mix.
- Add baking soda and mix well, than mix in sifted flour. Now stir in oatmeal, than stir in chocolate chips. You can use semi sweet chips if you like, I just have found people prefer milk chocolate chips since there are so many flavors in this cookie.
- Drop one inch balls of dough 2 to 3 inches apart on parchment lined cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes, till golden brown. Cool and get a big glass of milk and sit back and enjoy!
