This cookie is my husbands favorite. If you want a real quick cookie recipe, this is the one. Very Yummy!! I prefer to use crunchy peanut butter.

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the three ingredients until well mixed and the dough is firm. Take a small amount of dough and roll into a ball, about the size of a walnut; arrange the balls on an ungreased baking sheet; Use a fork to press a crisscross pattern on the top; bake for about 7-10 minutes; until the cookies are a light golden color.
