Ingredients
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup shedd's spread country crock peanut spread with honey
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups golden raisins
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Step 1.Combine oats,flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt in small bowl;set aside.

Step 2Country Crock Spread with Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread with Honey in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.Beat in sugars,then eggs until blended.Beat in flour mixture just until blened,then stir in raisins and pecans.Chill 30 minutes.

Step 3Drop dough by rough tablespoonfuls,2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

Step 4Bake 13 minutes or until golden.Remove cookies to wire rack and cool completely.
