How To Make peanut butter cup cookies

• Step 1
  In a large bowl mix the three ingredients well. You can also use a pre-packaged peanut butter cookie mix or your favorite recipe.
• Step 2
  Using a mini muffin tin drop, one ping pong size of cookie dough into each tin. With a little flour on your finger, press the dough until it is on the bottom and up the sides and creates a well.
• Step 3
  Bake for 10 minutes or so at 350 degrees until they are just brown around the edges take them out and press a peanut butter cup into each cookie well. Let cool first before removing from tin.
