- 1/4 cup light margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grape-nuts cereal
How To Make peanut butter crunch cookies

Step 1In a small mixing bowl cream the butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla.

Step 2Combine the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in cereal.

Step 3Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes. Cool.
