Ingredients

1/4 c
light margarine, softened
1/4 c
reduced-fat peanut butter
1/4 c
sugar
1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 large
egg
1/4 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/4 c
quick cooking oats
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1/8 tsp
salt
1/4 c
grape-nuts cereal

Step-By-Step

1In a small mixing bowl cream the butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla.
2Combine the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in cereal.
3Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes. Cool.
