Ingredients
- 1 can seamless crescent roll dough
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3/4 cup mixed peanutbutter chocolate chips
How To Make peanut butter & cream cheese cookies

Step 1Beat sugar, cream cheese, & vanilla until smooth & creamy. Unroll the crescent roll sheet onto a lightly floured surface. Stretch the dough out, I use a rolling pin to do this. Trim the edges to make a rectangular shape.

Step 2Spread the cream cheese mixture up to 1/2 inch to the edge. Sprinkle with the chips & slightly press into the dough to aide in rolling it up.

Step 3Roll dough up tightly & wrap in plastic wrap & place in the freezer for 2 hrs. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, cut dough into 1/4 in slices. Dough won't keep precise round shape. Bake 12-14 min.
