peanut butter cornflake cookies
(1 RATING)
I have had this recipe since way back when, (around 1950). You will probably recognize it from Girl Scouts and other organizations. These are really good to have granddaughters help you make. They are easy to make and wonderful to eat!

How To Make peanut butter cornflake cookies
-
Step 1Put corn flakes in large bowl. In sauce pan, mix sugar and karo syrup. Bring to a boil, BUT DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat, add peanut butter, mix until pb is melted. Pour over cornflakes and stir until all are covered. If you boil the syrup the cookies will be hard.

Step 2Drop by spoonfuls on foil or wax paper. Do not "form" into ball. Eat immediately or leave open to dry out a little. Delicious.
