peanut butter cookies
with this recipe my personal preference is for a softer texture when it comes to peanut butter cookies. if you like a nice cruch cook for 20 minutes instead of 15.

Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 large brown eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups ap flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
How To Make peanut butter cookies

Step 1Place the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and peanut butter in the mixing bowl and beat on medium speed for about 30 seconds, until the mixture is fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat for about 30 seconds longer, until well combined.

Step 2In a mixing bowl , sift together the flour, baking sodsa and salt. add to the wet ingrenients while beating on low speed, and beat for 15 seconds stoppiing the mixer once to scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Step 3Preheat oven to 350 degree. use non stick cookie sheet. using a 3oz scoop drop the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. gently press down on teh dough with a back of spoon crimping edges with a fork.

Step 4Transfer to oven and bake for 15 minutes. Bake a little longer for crisper cookies. enjoy!!!!!!!!
