- 1 box yellow cake mix (duncan hines)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup peanut butter, creamy
How To Make peanut butter cookies (super easy)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350^. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Roll dough into 2" balls and flatten criss-cross fashion with dinner fork dipped in granulated sugar. Place on prepared sheets 2" apart and bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown on bottom. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Store in airtight container. Yield: 4-5 dozen
