My daughter suddenly decided she didn't like peanut butter a few years ago. Imagine my utter surprise when she ate more of these cookies than almost any others I make for the she doesn't like peanut butter, but loves my peanut butter cookies! I laugh about this every time she tells me she won't eat peanut butter!
