How To Make peanut butter cookies

  Step 1
  Preheat oven to 400 degrees. combine egg with sugar until smooth.

  combine peanut butter with egg mixture. Cookie dough should be thick.

  using about 1 to 2 tablespoons of cookie dough at a time, roll the dough into balls and place on cookie sheet 2 to 3 inches apart.

  press each ball with a fork to make them into the shape of cookies.

  Step 5
  Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cookies will be soft until they cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
