Ingredients For peanut butter cookies

  • 1/2 c
    shortening
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter

How To Make peanut butter cookies

  • 1
    Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg. Cream in peanut butter. Sift together flour and baking soda and add by hand. Add vanilla and roll into tiny balls. Press down with a fork to flatten each ball. Bake at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes.
