Ingredients For peanut butter cookies

2 c

brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c

shortening, butter flavor
1 tsp

vanilla extract
2

eggs
1 c

peanut butter, creamy, this is also good with crunchy
3 c

all purpose flour
2 tsp

baking powder
1/2 tsp

salt

How To Make peanut butter cookies

Mix dry ingredients together and set aside

Cream sugar, shortening, then add vanilla

Add eggs one at a time

Add peanut butter

Add flour mixture

I use cookie scoop so they are about same size then make into balls and press down with a fork to make criss cross in center.

Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes
