Apparently this recipe has been around for awhile, but I've never heard of it before. When I was trying to print the Betty Crocker traditional peanut butter cookie recipe, I came across this one. Since it only had 3 ingredients, I thought "not even possible". So being the skeptic that I am, I tried it. Well, to my surprise they turned out pretty good. When short for time, I'd definitely recommend them.

How To Make peanut butter cookies

1Blend all ingredients very well. Shape into smalll balls and roll them in sugar. Flatten with a fork to make the criss-cross pattern. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
