Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 - egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup candy corn m&m's
12 to 15 - craft sticks
- candy sprinkles if desired

How To Make peanut butter cookie pops with candy corn m &m's

Step 1

preheat oven to 350. line 3 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

cream butter, peanut butter and sugars until well combined. mix in egg and vanilla. add salt and baking soda and mix well. add flour and mix until just combined. stir in m&m's.
Step 3

scoop large spoonfuls (i used a ice cream scoop) onto prepared cookie sheet and flatten slightly with the tines of a fork. (i got 13).
Step 4

press 1 craft stick into each cookie inserting from 1 side into the center. sprinkle with sprinkles.
Step 5

bake 8-10 minutes, until edges are brown. let cool completely before removing from cookie sheet.
