Ingredients
- 5 1/4 ounces butter
- 4 5/8 ounces sugar
- 4 5/8 ounces brown sugar
- 2 3/8 ounces eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 ounces peanut butter
- 8 3/4 ounces bread flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make peanut butter cookie

Step 1Combine the dry ingredients and reserve.

Step 2Cream the butter and sugars.

Step 3Add the eggs and vanilla and then the peanut butter.

Step 4Add the dry ingredients and mix until well incorperated.

Step 5Using a cookie scoop, drop cookies onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Create a criss-cross patern ontop of the cookies useing a fork. Bake at 350F in a convection oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
