I stumbled upon this recipe one day while searching the web for new recipes. This I found on Racheal Rays website. When I made them the first time, I didn't have the chocolate chunks. Instead I had a large plain chocolate candy bar, so I broke it up and used that.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 - large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 - semisweet chocolate chunks

How To Make peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies

Step 1

Beat first 4 ingredients in mixer. Stir in chocolate. Drop round tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart on 2 parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350' for 10 minutes. Let cool on pans.
