peanut butter chip cookies
These make a good addition to a cookie tray. Love them warm out of the oven with a glass of cold milk. 8)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 12oz. pkg. ghirardeli milk chocolate or semi-sweet chips
- - additional sugar for rolling
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make peanut butter chip cookies

Step 1In a mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 2Roll into 1 inch balls; roll in additional sugar. Place 2 inches apart on parchment lined baking sheet. Flatten if desired. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool. Makes 4 dozen.
