My two little boys made these for our second day of Our 25 Days of cookies.If you love peanut butter this cookie is for you !

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter flavor shortening
  • 1 1/2 c
    jiff creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 can(s)
    sweeten condensed milk
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    10 oz. bag of reese's mini pieces

How to Make Peanut Butter Chewies

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine shortening,peanut butter and sugar in large bowl.Beat at medium speed with mixer until well blended.Beat in eggs,sweet milk and vanilla.
  2. Combine flour,baking soda and salt.Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until just blended.Stir in Reese's mini pieces.
  3. Drop by table spoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.Bake for 10 minutes.Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet before moving.
