I was in need of some cookies for a gift FAST, and I made this recipe. I mixed it up and had them baked and ready to give out in such a short time, I couldn't believe it. I was giving them to the carolers that came by my house singing Christmas carols. I really loved them, and they were so easy.

Ingredients

1 package 18.5 oz yellow cake mix
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 - eggs
2 tablespoons water

How To Make peanut butter cake mix cookies (so quick & easy)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees f

Step 2

Pour the cake mix into a large bowl. Make a well in the center, and add peanut butter, oil, eggs, and water. Mix until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly. Dip a for in water to keep the fork from sticking
Step 3

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven. Watch them carefully so they don't burn. Let cookies rest on cookie sheet for 2 to three minutes before taking them from the pan and put on wire racks to cool.
