A delicious, classic cookie that's easy to make. They have just the right amount of peanut butter flavor and kids love them.

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 - egg
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
48 - milk chocolate kisses

How To Make peanut butter blossom cookies

Step 1

Cream butter and peanut butter. Gradually beat in 1/2 cup sugar and brown sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix well.

Step 2

Sift dry ingredients and gradually blend into creamed mixture.
Step 3

Shape into small 1 inch balls.
Step 4

Roll in 1/3 cup sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Do not press down.
Step 5

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Step 6

Top with a chocolate kiss immediately. Press down until cookie cracks around the edges.
