Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted plus 1 tbsp.
- 2 medium mashed bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder plus 1 tbsp.
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
How To Make peanut butter banana brownies

Step 1To mashed bananas, add the sugar, 1/2 cup of butter and vanilla and whisk until combined. Add the flour, salt and cocoa powder and whisk. .

Step 2Use the 1 tbsp. of butter to grease a 9 inch square pan. Use the remaining cocoa powder to dust every side of the pan. (optional)

Step 3Pour batter into prepared pan. Use a spoon to add dollops of peanut butter on top of batter. Use a butter knife to swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
