Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter (or 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 8 ounces package chopped dates
- 1 large egg
- cup 3/4 cup natural stirred peanut butter
- 3 cups corn flakes, slightly crushed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
How To Make peanut butter and dates

Step 1MELT butter in 12-inch skillet; add brown sugar and dates. Remove from heat; stir in egg. Cook over low eat until mixture comes to a boil: boil one minute.

Step 2STIR in peanut butter until melted. Add corn flakes and vanilla; mix well. Cool 15 minute

Step 3SHAPE rounded teaspoons into one-inch balls; roll in powdered sugar. Wen cool, roll in powdered sugar again.
