Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cherry Cookies

How to Make Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cherry Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a sauce pan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stir frequently. Remove sauce pan from heat. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.
- In a large bowl, mix chocolate mixture, sugar and brown sugar, vanilla, dark corn syrup, and peanut butter. Whisk in eggs, one at a time. Gradually add in flour mixture. Add chocolate chips and cherries, stir until evenly mixed.
- Shape dough by rounded tablespoons, place balls 1 1/2 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork in a crisscross pattern. Bake with love for 10-12 minutes.
