Ingredients

butter, softened
1 c
peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 c
granulated sugar
1 c
brown sugar
2
eggs
1/4 c
milk
2 tsp
vanilla
3 1/2 c
flour
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
salt
granulated sugar for dipping
chocolate candy kisses (about 84, unwrapped)

How to Make Peanut Blossom Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 F

    In large mixing bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add one egg at a time, mixing well. Stir in milk and vanilla.
  • 2In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into the peanut butter mixture a little at a time blending well. Shape dough into balls, roll in granulated sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 3Bake for 10 minutes until slightly brown. Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate candy kiss into the center of each cookie.
