peach cobbler cookies
I made these with Mom in mind. She loved everything peach! These are buttery soft, like a peach pillow! You cant just stop at one!

Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup peach greek yogert
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- - pinch of salt
How To Make peach cobbler cookies

Step 1Mix melted butter with sugar. Add yogert and vanilla and mix well. Add diced peaches. Next sift dry ingredients into wet ingredients, and just mix till incorperated.

Step 2Drop spoonfuls on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or baking matt. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 8-10min. Let cool for five minutes before turning onto baking racks.
