Saw a cookie show on the cookie channel and this came from various cookies I saw and I adapted it with no chocolate for a friend who is allergic and was having a cookie party of her own. Mixture of salty and sweet and tasty!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 20 - mini peanut butter cups
  • 1/2 cup caramel chips
  • 1 cup crushed salted or unsalted pretzels

How To Make pb lovers salty & sweet cookies

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl and set aside. In a ziploc bag add pretzels and crush them into small bits. Slice peanut butter cups in halves.
  • Step 2
In a large mixing bowl beat together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then add peanut butter and vanilla and mix well on low speed. Gradually add flour mixture until well mixed. Fold in peanut butter chips, pb cups, caramel chips and pretzels until well combined.
  • Step 3
Drop a large tablespoonful of dough onto a baking pan with non-stick aluminum foil or a baking pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray (I prefer butter flavored), leave 2 inches between each drop of dough. Bake in the oven about 8-10 until as soft or as crispy as you prefer. Remove and cool until able to transfer to a wire rack for further cooling. ENJOY!
