1 cextra crunchy peanut butter
1 1/4 clight brown sugar, packed
1 Tvanilla extract
1 3/4cup flour
3/4 tbaking soda
How to Make PB cookies
- Preheat oven to 375. Combine all wet ingredients (except egg), use hand mixer and mix on medium speed until well blended. Add egg and mix until combined.
- In a seperate bowl, combine dry ingredients; add to creamed pb mixture. Mix with spoon until well blended.
- Drop by heaping spoonfulls onto cookie sheet. Dip fork in sugar, flatten cookie slightly by making crisscross patterns. Dip fork in sugar for each mark. BAKE for 7 to 8 minutes, remove, cool, enjoy!
