Ingredients

1 - white cake box mix
1 cup oil
2 - eggs
6 - pay day bars cut into strips
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make pay day cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350, In Mixer, mix cake mix, eggs & oil & Vanilla till batter forms a ball.

Step 2

Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours To make it easier to handle, Meanwhile, Cut Pay Day bars into strips. Set aside.
Step 3

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper, Roll cookies into 1 inch balls then insert Pay Day strips into the center, close cookie around it. Bake for 10 mins or until Lightly brown not to much color on them! Let sit for 1 min to set before moving to a baking rack to cool!
Step 4

After cooled put in zip lock freezer bag. They freeze wonderful! take out of freezer 5 mins before you are ready to eat them!...
