Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    chunky p0eanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    salted sunflower seeds

How to Make Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars; beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
    Add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Sir in the cvhocolate chips and sun flower seeds. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Yeilds 3 dozen
